We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Monterrey office. This role is ideal for professionals at the early stages of their career—whether recent graduates or candidates with some experience—who have strong English communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling Prospects in the U.S. to introduce staffing and professional services.
• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospects and senior team members.

Requirements

• Comfortable with phone-based sales and persuasive communication.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Interest in staffing and HR solutions.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
