ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage and grow HVAC residential product sales within the assigned territory.
Assisting assigned accounts with business planning, product training, sales tools, and participation in TSI and supplier programs.
Develop strong relationships with residential contractors, dealers, and distributors vendors.
Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue leads and referrals.
- Conduct regular territory visits, sales calls, and product presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, marketing, service, purchasing) to support customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic planning and forecasting.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Attend local trade shows, dealer meetings, and networking events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or building materials industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the company’s sales function, related services and product lines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- May involve occasional lifting of HVAC product samples or materials (up to 25 lbs).
- Work from home and field-based; occasional office or team meetings required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
