Business Development Manager – Payments & FinTech

Position Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Latin America by expanding strategic partnerships, acquiring key clients, and identifying new market opportunities within the payments and fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies.
• Identify and acquire merchants, financial institutions, payment partners, and strategic business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships across the payments ecosystem.

Market Expansion

• Lead market-entry initiatives and expansion projects in LATAM markets.
• Manage local business resources and drive revenue growth objectives.

Industry & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor trends across:
• Cross-border payments
• Merchant acquiring
• FinTech infrastructure
• Digital assets and stablecoins
• Online lending and embedded finance
• Provide actionable market intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Commercial Strategy

• Adapt product positioning and partnership strategies based on local market conditions.

Revenue & Partnership Management

• Manage sales pipelines and partnership negotiations.
• Drive transaction volume growth and business performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management.
• Previous experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, Digital Assets, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Russian is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and deliver commercial results.
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 2,000–3,000/month + Performance Bonus
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1–2 days in office per week)
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
