• Lead and grow a high-performing team

• Drive business growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives
• Work closely with leadership to shape the future of Ifthenpay
• Collaborate with multiple departments (commercial, tech, compliance, etc.)
• Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to everything you do

• A natural leader with a hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong ability to think analytically and logically
• Confidence working with numbers and financial KPIs
• Precision, curiosity, and a drive to improve constantly

• 4–7 years of professional experience
• At least 1–2 years in a managerial role (leading people/teams)
• Background in:
• Payments, Fintech or Financial Services (preferred)
• Transactional businesses
• SaaS
• Vertical market software
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and business performance

• Porto (and surrounding area)
• Lisbon (and surrounding area)
