🔋 We're Hiring: Netherlands Sales Manager – BESS

CLOU Electronics, part of Midea Group (Fortune Global 500), is expanding into the Dutch market. We're looking for an experienced sales professional to drive end-to-end deal closures for utility-scale BESS projects across the Netherlands and surrounding markets.

Full project sales cycles, real revenue KPIs — not just pipeline building.

📍 Base Location: Netherlands (remote-friendly; frequent travel required)

💰 Compensation: €90,000 – €120,000 base salary per year (dependent on experience), plus an attractive commission structure tied to deal performance

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Expansion: Discover and expand new business opportunities within the energy storage sector across the Netherlands and neighboring markets.
2. Network Cultivation: Establish and maintain a robust business network encompassing project developers, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), utilities, EPC contractors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
3. End-to-End Client Management: Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, including lead generation, pitching, relationship management, contract negotiation, and comprehensive support services.
4. Strategic Planning: Formulate regional strategic plans to achieve sales and strategic targets, driving overall corporate profitability.

Job Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development within the energy storage and EPC sectors.
3. Domain Expertise: Experience with Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)—including integrated battery systems, inverters/PCS, power equipment, and general power apparatus. Candidates with a proven track record of serving utility and EPC clients are highly preferred.
4. Market Insight & Network: A comprehensive understanding of the Dutch market landscape across PV, wind power, utility-scale storage, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) storage. Candidates who possess established, stable relationships with local grids and relevant authorities are preferred.
