What you’ll do - Complete our paid Broker Academy: logistics fundamentals, sales process, live coaching - Build your own book of business through high-volume outbound prospecting - Own your customers end-to-end — pricing, problem-solving, growing the relationship - Compete. We keep score, we celebrate wins, and your paycheck reflects both

What you’ll earn - $65K base salary + uncapped commission — realistic first-year earnings of $85K; our top first-year BDM earned $145K, and our top wage earner made $1.5M in 2025 - Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO - A clear path from trainee → BDM → senior producer — and President’s Club: top BDMs earn an annual all-expenses-paid trip for themselves and a plus-one
