Key Responsibilities
Dealer Network Expansion
- Proactively identify geographic "white space" and market opportunities where SANY is underrepresented.
- Develop and maintain a dealer recruitment strategy aligned with SANY America’s strategic goals.
- Research, evaluate, and vet potential dealer candidates based on financial strength, business capability, and industry experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including initial outreach, needs analysis, presentations, site visits, and proposal negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, aftermarket, legal) to onboard and support new dealer partners.
- Support the growth and performance of newly recruited dealers during the ramp-up phase.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing dealers and recommend improvements.
- Assist in dealer performance reviews and develop action plans where needed.
- Serve as a liaison between dealers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified dealer candidates and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Document and track all dealer development activities using CRM tools and reporting platforms.
- Analyze dealer coverage and market trends to inform future recruitment priorities.
- 5+ years of experience in dealer development, OEM sales, or dealer recruitment, preferably in construction equipment, port or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of dealer operations, business development practices, and territory management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
