Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jupiter, FL. The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth for brick and paver projects. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting local customers and partners, conducting on-site visits, preparing estimates and proposals, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. This role is commission based only.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, or business development, preferably in construction, landscaping, or home improvement services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or project details clearly to diverse customers.
• Comfort with on-site work, including visiting job locations across Palm Beach County, assessing project requirements, and coordinating with field teams.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple proposals, follow-ups, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, or outdoor hardscaping is highly beneficial; willingness to learn technical aspects of brick and paver installations.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits in Palm Beach County.
