Job Purpose:


The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets across the assigned North American territory by managing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding my clients market presence. The role focuses on delivering sustainable revenue growth while promoting customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


Responsibility:


Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio within the assigned territory, working closely with the Parts & Service organization to ensure outstanding customer support.

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities by targeting strategic customers, applications, and market segments.

Achieve annual sales objectives for new and used Centrifuge equipment while maximizing revenue and gross margin.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, EPCs, OEMs, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.

Develop, manage, and strengthen the regional network of agents, dealers, and distributors to maximize market coverage and business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, providing regular market intelligence to management.

Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product Management to support the development, improvement, and launch of new products and solutions.

Coordinate with the Contract Management team throughout the quotation, negotiation, and contract award process for projects exceeding the thresholds established by company procedures.

Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Service, and Finance to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer information within the company's CRM system.

Represent the client at customer meetings, trade shows, industry conferences, and other commercial events.
