IB Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an IB Manager to convert qualified platform customers into active IB Partners.

The role involves identifying suitable candidates from company-assigned clients, introducing the IB Partner Program, supporting onboarding and training, and helping new partners achieve activation and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and manage customers assigned by the company.
• Identify customers with the potential to become IB Partners.
• Introduce the IB Partner Program and convert suitable candidates.
• Guide new partners through onboarding, training and activation.
• Monitor partner activity, client conversion and business performance.
• Maintain accurate follow-up records in the CRM system.
• Reactivate inactive or underperforming partners.
• Ensure all partner activities follow company and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular performance and local market feedback.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in B2C sales, client conversion, customer relationship management or another customer-facing role.
• Experience managing company-assigned leads or customer portfolios.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to convert and develop individual customers.
• Able to manage multiple customers through structured follow-up.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and measurable monthly KPIs.
• Fluent English and local languages.

Preferred

• Experience in retail trading, fintech, online trading or financial services.
• Experience in IB, affiliate or partner development.
• Experience in customer onboarding, training, retention or activation.
• Additional regional language skills.
• Existing local trading or partner resources.

Key Success Measures

• Conversion of assigned customers into IB Partners.
• Number of newly activated IB Partners.
• Valid clients generated by managed partners.
• Partner activity and retention.
• Net deposits and trading contribution from the managed network.
