Our client, a leader in the hospitality management industry, is seeking a Sales Manager (MICE) to join their team in Osaka, Japan. This role offers the opportunity to spearhead new business development for international conferences and incentive groups, while collaborating with local governments and other hotels. Candidates will benefit from working in a luxury environment with a focus on upscale and premium services.

• 新しいMICEビジネスの機会を開発する
• クライアントと条件を交渉する
• イベント管理のために内部チームと調整する
• 共同提案のために自治体やDMOと協力する
• 国際会議のRFPに対応する
• PCOとの関係を構築し維持する

要件:

• MICE業界での5年以上のB2B営業経験（必須）
• 自治体、DMO、ホテルとの協力経験（必須）
• ビジネス交渉および文書作成のための英語の熟練度（必須）
• 日本での就労権が必要
• 日本語の熟練度が必要
• 国際会議の取得および提案の経験があれば望ましいが必須ではない
• 自治体、DMO、PCOとの関係構築の経験があれば望ましいが必須ではない
