TP-Link Ukraine is seeking to recruit an Business Development Manager (BDM) to help deliver the company’s growth targets in the Enterprise Networking Business Unit. As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space TP-Link Ukraine is looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the team and bring new sales opportunities to Public Sector(B2G/Business to Goverment). Our Omada and VIGI one-stop solution will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.
As a BDM, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business, focusing primarily on Public Sector channels. You will be responsible for recruiting new partners and vertcial clients(goverment insititutions, military), with a specific focus on driving B2B business growth.
Key job role and responsibilities:
• Lead overall business growth within the Public Sectors vertical business. Develop and implement sales strategy to expand coverage across government/public/military procurement client group.
• Identify and nurture potential vertical account partners,such as system integrator, installers, managed service provider, etc. Focus on building a robust network of B2B partner mapping overall public sector market coverage.
• Dig public sector vertical client directly with dedicated engagement with government institutions or military client,etc. Generating the B2B project sales with initiated step from client side.
• Drive and motivate managed accounts to promote our Omada one-stop solutions (primarily Omada Business Wi-Fi + VIGI CCTV). Aim to increase our "in-house share" by demonstrating the value of integrated networking and security.
• Lead internal and external project workflows. Coordinate multi-party cooperation, ensure strict timeline control, and manage supply achievement to meet tender and project requirements.
• Maintain deep insight into industry trends, competitor actions, and public procurement regulations.
• Regularly summarize and present detailed sales reports, focusing on performance within the CCTV and Public sector verticals.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of proven field sales experience within the designated verticals (public sector/goverment/military business). Specific experience in public sector sales process is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of the B2B business and B2G vertical. Familiarity with the local landscape of B2B partners, with a proven track record of successfully kicking off business with new accounts.
• Knowledge of public channel dynamics and/or public procurement processes is highly desirable.
• Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
• Ready for frequent "mapping visits" to potential partners and public sector client. A valid Category B driving license is required for daily field activities.
• Fluency in Ukrainian is mandatory for effective communication with local partners and managing public sector documentation. Upper-intermediate English (or higher) is required for internal reporting and collaboration with regional headquarters.
