- AECO Industry Mastery: Deep understanding of design, construction, collaboration, operation, and emerging technologies like Digital Twins.
- Ecosystem Account Management: Managing alignment across partners, Autodesk sales representatives, and key accounts.
- Channel Enablement & Coaching: Actively driving partner capability, competency, and pipeline health.
- Strategic Marketing Collaboration: Ideating and implementing targeted content and campaigns to capture market share.
- Business Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive business plans for the Autodesk AEC product portfolio and associated value-added services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design specific market communications and demand-generation campaigns to optimize revenue and margins.
- Design and implement strategic sales enablement and "booster" initiatives for internal teams and external channel partners.
- Identify and map high-potential end customers and untapped market segments within the Malaysian AEC industry.
- Sales Execution & Partner Enablement
- Execute business plans effectively to meet and exceed agreed-upon Autodesk revenue and net profit objectives.
- Engage in direct, hands-on co-selling and delivery of professional presentations to identified end customers alongside channel partners.
- Manage complex commercial elements, including the coordination of Autodesk pricing structures, discounts, rebates, and special price clearances (SPOs).
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews with partners to track, qualify, and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Assess partner sales and technical competencies; coordinate with Tec D Solution Consultants or Autodesk to deliver necessary training and address skills gaps.
- Maintain executive-level, proactive relationships with Autodesk stakeholders and channel partners to maximize vendor and partner satisfaction.
- Governance & Administration
- Maintain a meticulously accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline segregated by partner within the AEC group.
- Track, measure, and maintain critical performance data to fulfill supplier commitments and maximize vendor rebates and investments.
- Provide data-driven reports and forecasts to leadership for commercial decision-making.
- Achieve and maintain relevant sales certifications as required by the vendor.
- Partner with Sales Support and Sales Operations to ensure accurate, timely order logging and billing compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all Tec D / Datech corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of Autodesk's AEC, Solutions and Services within the designated product lines.
- Experienced to deliver strategic solutions, identify new partners or end customers for a portfolio of the most complex accounts.
- Exhibits the ability to interface with the outside sales customer.
- Demonstrates initiative and passion to excel demonstrating high integrity levels.
- Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
- Excellent computational skills & business acumen.
- Build High Customer Satisfaction (Internal and External)
- Product Knowledge on CAD / CAM Solutions and customer connects in CAD CAM companies are added advantage
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in handling Product and/or Solutions Sales
- Relevant vendor/product sales certifications are an added value
- Customer Selling (B2C) experience is added advantage
- Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification in architecture, engineering, construction, design technology, or related fields.
