About the PSL – Project Management – Integrated Asset Management
Halliburton Project Management (HPM) under Integrated Asset Management (IAM) evaluates, designs, and executes asset-scale solutions for Mature Field Management and Unconventional Field Development. About the Role:
We are expanding our IAM Business Development team and are seeking high‑caliber professionals for regional-level positions. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate across multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs), engage with diverse markets, and collaborate directly with senior leadership to drive growth across our integrated portfolio.
The successful candidate will play a key role in originating and shaping integrated asset opportunities, influencing customer investment strategies, and developing differentiated commercial frameworks. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, the ability to navigate complex regional environments, and a track record of delivering value through innovative, client‑focused solutions that support long‑term business growth.
Job Duties:
- In collaboration with key stakeholders leads efforts to identify and frame IAM opportunities in alignment with regional business and PSL strategies.
- Maintains an overview of market, customer trends and needs relating to the IAM service offerings.
- Responsible for leveraging and advancing key regulators, operator and execution partner networks to advance delivery of IAM integrated service offerings.
- Responsible for pursuit management in adherence with the IAM Business Acquisition Process (BAP), coordinating RACI assignments and assurance compliance with IAM Global Business Development Manager
- Supports the IAM Global Commercialization Director in the ID of regional funding partners for project financing.
- Analyze T&Cs proposed by Customer, include the risks on Risk Register and define variations/exceptions required; define high-level Contractual/Commercial structure and Initial Terms.
- Serves as a liaison with geography Halliburton counterparts on cross-PSL opportunities and works on early definition of opportunities that fit PSL strategy.
- Contributes directly to the evaluation of the pipeline of IAM Global project opportunities ranking the opportunities and optimizing uses of resources
- Contributes to advancing and implementing best practice processes to support the efficient and effective evaluation of IAM prospects.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- In depth knowledge of the oil and gas value chain and the Project lifecycle with emphasis on Unconventional Field Development and re-development/revitalization of Mature Fields.
- Background in O&G Production projects with major operating companies, independents or National Oil Companies.
- Experience in international markets, specifically in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa.
- Familiarity with key commercial frameworks used in the global oil and gas industry, including Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Technical Service Contracts (TSCs), and Concession Agreements.
- Strategic thinking and creativity to identify and pursue innovative business opportunities
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, geosciences, engineering, or related field are required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in business development.
- Travel required for client meetings, tenders, and industry events
