Job Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the region through various channels, including referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for clients, understanding their short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Present and explain a range of financial products and services, such as loans, investments, insurance, and other banking solutions, that align with client needs.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and adhere to all company policies and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and credit departments, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Intermediate & Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, relationship management, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
