About the Role

We are looking for a Business Manager with several years of experience in Switzerland and a strong knowledge of the Swiss-German market, specializing in the Industrial and Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support clients in the development of their projects.
• Present and sell consulting solutions tailored to the specific needs of the industrial and Engineering sector, including Technical Assistance and Work Packages.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to adapt the commercial strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in the sector.
• Background in consulting and knowledge of the Swiss market.
• Experience in Engineering / IT / Aersospace is a plus.
• Strong business development mindset and a hands-on attitude.
