Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Midwest region to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow revenue within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in industrial or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
- Expertise in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and forecast sales.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
