Partnership Manager Agency

Zipchat is a conversational AI Agent that powers conversations between ECommerce Brands and Online Shoppers. We work with brands like Police Lifestyle, Jackery, Lancel, Tucano Urbano, and over 1,000 more.

We are growing rapidly and most of our clients comes from Agencies referring us. We built an Agency Program that offers the highest revenue share agreement in the market right now.

It's kind of working but need someone to own the channel.

We are looking for someone who's extrovert, comfortable in networking, ready to travel once per month across Europe attending conferences and organizing events,dinners etc with our partners. These are not perks, it's the actual job.

What you'll do

• Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with e-commerce and digital marketing agencies
• Onboard new agency partners and guide them through our partnership program
• Attend e-commerce conferences around the world and meeting new agency prospects (maybe once per month)
• Develop long-term relationships with agency account managers and their teams
• Enable agencies to sell and deploy ZipChat on behalf of their clients
• Work closely with Sales, Product to surface agency feedback and drive adoption
• Track and grow revenue generated through the agency channel

What we're looking for

• 2–4 experience working with e-commerce agencies
• Proven track record closing partnership agreements
• Fluent, professional-level English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Hunter mentality - you find opportunities and close them
• Autonomous, organized, and comfortable owning a channel independently

Bonus points if you have:

• Existing network within the Shopify agency ecosystem
• Experience with rev share or affiliate-style partnership structures
• Experience in building an agency partnership from scratch or had the opportunity to work alongside a Partnership Director
• Startup experience
