The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business development, managing key partner relationships, and originating equipment finance and leasing transactions within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, expanding market presence, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Essential Functions
- Develop and manage relationships with equipment dealers, vendors, and strategic partners within the assigned territory.
- Drive new business originations and achieve or exceed assigned sales and volume targets.
- Identify, source, and onboard new partners to expand PEAC Solutions’ market presence.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnership growth.
- Effectively communicate PEAC Solutions’ value proposition to customers and partners to increase share of financing opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and leadership to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape within the territory.
- BA/BS in business, finance, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
- 5+ years of sales experience in equipment finance, commercial equipment, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with dealers, vendors, or indirect sales channels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 25–50%).
- Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory effectively to drive results.
- Demonstrated product and industry knowledge relevant to financing solutions and target markets.
