Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Almila Istanbul Office and lead sales activities, business development initiatives, and retail channel operations across the Middle East and Africa region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a university in Business Administration, International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Trade and Logistics, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in export sales or regional sales within the furniture industry
• Experience working in the Middle East region
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Experience in franchise management, store management, shop-in-shop and corner concepts
• Knowledge of project sales, Private Label business models and international retail customers is preferred
• No travel restrictions; willing and able to travel frequently throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and growth strategies for assigned countries and regions
• Manage and develop commercial relationships with distributors, dealers, franchise partners and local business partners
• Support retail store operations by coordinating store openings and ensuring the implementation and development of franchise structures, shop-in-shop and corner concepts
• Identify and develop new customers, sales channels and market opportunities
• Monitor sales performance, showroom quality, product displays and market potential to support the growth of existing dealers
• Follow up project-based sales opportunities, including retail projects, Private Label opportunities and contract sales projects
• Coordinate with export operations, logistics, production and finance teams to ensure smooth order, delivery and payment processes
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, customer visits and business development activities to create new business opportunities
