Job Identification


We're looking for a Distributor Business Development Executive who will ensure operational excellence across distributor partners by driving compliance, performance, profitability, and continuous improvement while supporting sustainable business growth.


Main Responsibilities


  • Ensure distributors operate in line with company criteria and KORE requirements; monitor audit findings, track action plans, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage distributor onboarding and offboarding processes; oversee candidate pool, contracts, investments, and coordinate opening–closing operations
  • Ensure compliance with CCI policies, procedures, operational standards, and legal regulations through training and communication; monitor implementation
  • Coordinate collection and maintenance of distributor data (profiles, sales force, IT and operational infrastructure); ensure accuracy and effective information sharing
  • Ensure effective use of CCI systems (CORE+, Distributor Portal, Evreka, SAP, etc.); coordinate improvements, enhancements, and trainings with relevant teams
  • Plan and coordinate warehouse stock counts; track results and implement actions for stock discrepancies
  • Conduct stock analysis; identify expiry risks, stock imbalances, and stock-outs; coordinate transfers and support sales growth with relevant teams
  • Perform profitability analysis with finance teams; identify improvement opportunities and follow up on actions
  • Support annual business planning process; ensure timely preparation and execution
  • Manage credit limits and collateral processes; monitor financial risks and ensure necessary actions are taken
  • Share key performance reports (customer satisfaction, KPIs, stock, etc.) and highlight development opportunities
  • Execute mandatory training and development processes; ensure timely completion and follow-up
  • Participate in and/or manage operational events (webinars, meetings, diagnostics) aligned with business needs
  • Support sustainability initiatives; guide and monitor distributor investments and implementations
  • Lead integration of new projects and processes (digital tools, sustainability, human rights, etc.) into distributor operations
  • Support warehouse investment and leasing processes; guide based on operational needs and growth targets, and ensure alignment with CCI requirements
  • Lead the Distributor Business Development Specialist; ensure efficient execution of processes and manage performance


Capabilities


  • 2-4 years of experience in related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in English
  • Driving license
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Programs
