Business Development Manager US Non-IT Staffing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (US Non-IT Staffing) with a proven track record of acquiring direct clients in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in US Non-IT staffing, business development, client acquisition, sales, and account management. Experience working with direct clients is mandatory. Candidates with experience limited to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS-only business will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new direct clients for US Non-IT staffing services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with direct hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and converting new staffing opportunities within the US Non-IT recruitment market.
  • Manage the complete business development lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
  • Generate consistent revenue by achieving placement and sales targets.
  • Forecast sales activities, pipeline, and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified Non-IT candidates.
  • Conduct client presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close staffing agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
  • Stay updated on US Non-IT hiring trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Provide strategic leadership to support business growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 10 years of experience in US Non-IT Staffing Business Development.
  • Proven experience acquiring and managing direct clients for US Non-IT staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of US Non-IT recruitment across industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Accounting & Finance, Healthcare, Administrative, Logistics, Supply Chain, Skilled Trades, and Professional Services.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, sales, and closing staffing deals.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue, placement, and business development targets.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end US Non-IT staffing and recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Existing network of direct US Non-IT hiring managers and clients is highly preferred.
