Context:

To work on developing IKOS GROUP's activities in Sweden, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager based in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Development Manager, you are at the forefront of our business growth

• You will transform our customers’ challenges into success while developing our

presence in Sweden

• You provide our customers with technical solutions (a team of engineers) that are tailored to their needs

• Working with the Belgium & Sweden director, you will oversee recruiting your own team of skillful engineering consultants and coordinate with the clients' technical needs

• You will also be responsible for managing your own Business Unit

• Some travelling will be required to meet with clients, prospects and consultants

Qualifications:

• You must hold a degree in Science or Engineering + an additional degree in Management and/or an entrepreneurial spirit (a plus)

• You have a strong interest in projects that combine business development, recruitment, technological innovation and managerial responsibilities

• Swedish is your mother tongue

• You are a team player

• You have good communications skills

• You have previous experience in a technical sector (energy or transportation sectors are an asset)
