Job Summary
The role focuses on enterprise client acquisition and revenue generation for Full Truck Load (FTL) services. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding large manufacturing clients while driving end-to-end sales and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive new client acquisition for FTL services across large and mid-sized manufacturing companies
- Identify and onboard clients across FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals, Auto, Steel, and allied sectors
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Actively hunt new logos and build a strong enterprise pipeline
- Understand client logistics needs and offer scalable, cost-effective FTL solutions
- Build relationships with CXOs, Supply Chain Heads, and Procurement teams
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Own P&L for assigned accounts and ensure profitable growth
- Track pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competition
- Strong experience in FTL logistics sales and enterprise acquisition
- Proven ability to close large manufacturing accounts
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation economics
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
