Compensation: $30,000 base salary plus 3%–5% incentive on collections

About the Opportunity

Our client, a rapidly growing accounting, tax, and business advisory firm, is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead new business development and help expand its client portfolio. This is an opportunity for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships with business owners and delivering value-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships
• Meet with small and mid-sized business owners to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Sell a portfolio of services including tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, CFO advisory, and business consulting
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal accounting and client success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Develop long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue and referrals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience selling professional services such as accounting, financial services, payroll, HR, insurance, banking, or business consulting
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a consultative sales approach
• CRM experience required
