💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans to improve performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
