What You’ll Do

• Drive market development, strategic partnerships, external engagement, and thought leadership for Autel across Europe.
• Represent Autel Europe at industry events, trade shows, conferences, association meetings, and partner activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, industry associations, automotive aftermarket networks, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities across the European automotive aftermarket.
• Support the development of new business areas in Europe, including ADAS, EV, diagnostics, and smart mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, technical support, and management, to align market insights with business priorities.

You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
• Experienced in market development, strategic partnerships, business development, industry relations, or external engagement within the automotive aftermarket or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the European automotive aftermarket, including associations, workshops, distributors, service networks, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• An excellent communicator and presenter, with strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to represent Autel externally.
• Market-oriented and commercially aware, with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional European languages are a strong plus.
