Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role is based in Fort Myers, FL. The individual in this position will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to prospective and active customers, and manage inbound and outbound sales activities. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on leads, presenting service offerings, and coordinating meetings or site visits. The role also involves collaborating with service teams to understand customer needs, tracking performance in CRM tools, and supporting ongoing account relationships to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to prospect, qualify, and nurture new opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and close deals.
• Candidates should possess Business Development skills to grow accounts, build relationships, and develop long-term partnerships.
• Relevant experience in B2B or fleet services, transportation, or automotive/truck repair industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Myers, FL, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
