Global Key Account Manager

Sales Manager / Global Key Account Manager / Sales Leader required to join a globally leading engineering manufacturer.

The Sales Manager / Global Key Account Manager / Sales Leader will lead an established commercial technical sales team consisting of four Key Account Managers and four Internal Sales Coordinators. The role will focus on driving profitable growth, developing strategic customer relationships and implementing technical solution sales strategies for compressed air systems and solutions across Europe and the Americas.

The successful Sales Manager / Global Key Account Manager / Sales Leader must have proven experience selling complex technical engineering solutions and leading sales teams responsible for engineered products, systems and services.

Package:

• Circa €125,000 depending on experience

Sales Manager / Global Key Account Manager / Sales Leader Role:

• Lead and develop four Key Account Managers and four Internal Sales Coordinators.
• Drive profitable compressed air sales growth across Europe and the Americas.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, OEMs and strategic compressed air customers.
• Lead solution sales for compressors, blowers, air treatment and compressed air systems.
• Drive pricing, margins, forecasting, negotiations and value-based selling for various compressed air systems and solutions.
• Office based position near Coburg, with approximately 30% international travel across Europe and the Americas.

Sales Manager / Global Key Account Manager / Sales Leader Requirements:

• Proven experience leading technical sales teams within engineering or manufacturing.
• Direct experience selling complex engineering products, systems and solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and technical application knowledge on engineered solutions.
• Experience within compressed air, fluid power, rotating equipment or associated compressed air sectors is advantageous.
• Fluent German and professional English, with the ability to travel internationally (30%)
• Commutable to the office based near Coburg.
