We have an exciting opportunity to join Olympus as a Territory Manager, representing our Surgical Energy & Devices portfolio. In this impactful and highly visible field sales role, you will promote our innovative product solutions that support clinical experts to diagnose, detect and treat a variety of diseases and medical conditions.
You will target and identify new business opportunities whilst proactively account managing and supporting our existing and expansive customer base, collaborating with all key internal and external stakeholders as required.
Your responsibilities
- Generating sales leads
- Managing your sales pipeline and planning using our in-house CRM
- Demonstrating equipment across your portfolio, showcasing your robust product knowledge & selling skills (which we will help you to develop)
- Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
- Deliver training and offer sales support to customers
- Work alongside sales colleagues from other business units, to promote the Olympus brand and products
Who we are looking for
If you have energy, motivation to succeed and the ability to adapt and tailor your approach to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders; we will develop your experience. You will be someone who wants to be part of the solution, with the ability to articulate, demonstrate and sell on our value proposition to customers. Important attributes for you to have are:
- Existing experience in a similar role or healthcare background
- Strong communication skills, in both Dutch & English (essential)
- High levels of integrity, in what you do and how you do it

- You are naturally collaborative and team-oriented
- Self-motivation, with exceptional organizational and planning abilities
- Ongoing commitment to your development and growth
This role will manage a territory that spans the Overijissel province, which involves visiting customers, demonstrating equipment, attending events and therefore requires significant travel – so you must have a full and valid driving license, and live in a suitable location to manage the geography.
