Business Development Manager – Europe (Based in Germany)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be based in Germany and drive our OEM/ODM business growth across Europe for our Operating Room (OR) Consumables and Advanced Wound Care product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global medical manufacturer, developing strategic partnerships with top international medical device companies, while serving as the key bridge between European customers and our global teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new OEM/ODM business opportunities across the European market, leveraging Germany as your primary hub.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading medical device companies, distributors, and strategic partners throughout Europe.
- Manage the full business development cycle, from customer acquisition and quotation to contract negotiation and project delivery.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities—particularly within the German and broader European healthcare landscapes—to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or key account management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in OEM/ODM business or medical consumables is highly preferred.
- In-depth familiarity with the German healthcare market and broader European medical landscape; experience working with international customers is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe as required.
