Job Description

  1. Develop and grow channel partnerships across assigned markets, good at exploring new customers, driving sustainable business growth and long-term customer success.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to develop and execute regional business plans and growth strategies.
  3. Manage channel sales and market development for the company’s industry electronics portfolio, including thermal imaging devices, instrumentation products, etc.
  4. Identify market opportunities and end-user needs through channel engagement, customer interactions, and market intelligence activities.
  5. Support product marketing and Go-to-Market initiatives through market analysis, product positioning, competitive benchmarking, channel enablement, customer training, and product launch execution.
  6. Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Technical Support, and Sales teams to support product demonstrations, resolve local market issues, and achieve business objectives.
  7. Maintain accurate sales, channel, and business data through CRM and reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement.
  8. Support international trade shows, customer visits, training programs, and other commercial activities to strengthen brand presence and expand indus try relationships.
  9. Support channel development and business growth across certain European countries with regular international travel as required.


You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electronics, Automation, Optics, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, or other engineering-related disciplines. Candidates with business or commercial backgrounds will also be considered.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in channel sales, business development, or account management. Experience in thermal imaging, industry electronics, HVAC, or instrumentation fields is highly preferred.
  3. Strong channel development, business development, and account management capabilities. Proficient in CRM systems and experienced in using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for sales reporting and business analysis.
  4. Experience in product marketing, channel enablement, community engagement, customer training, Go-to-Market (GTM) execution, product launches, or marketing campaign and event management is preferred.
  5. Strong product mindset and market awareness. Able to collect customer requirements, analyze user feedback, conduct competitive research, support product testing and validation, and drive continuous product improvement.
  6. Fluent in German, Mandarin, and English, written and spoken. German will be the primary language for customer-facing activities, while English will be used for internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Strong adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently and support business development activities across Germany and other German-speaking markets in a dynamic international environment.
