Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging industries, and high-potential customer segments.
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, customer engagement, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, system integrators, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare business cases, value propositions, and commercial proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through opportunity qualification and contract closure.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop account penetration strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
- Develop and execute the company's channel and partner ecosystem strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop strategic technology partners, distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, and solution partners.
- Establish partner business plans with clear revenue and growth objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews to monitor partner performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive joint marketing campaigns, partner events, and co-selling initiatives.
- Develop partner enablement programs, including sales training, technical workshops, certifications, and product updated
- Resolve commercial and operational issues to maintain strong partner relationships. Ensure partners comply with company policies, branding, and business standards.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, or strategic partnerships
- Experience in OT Industry is highly desired and preferable with IT-OT Convergence experience
- Experience in technology, industrial automation, IT infrastructure, digital solutions, or data center industries is preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
