Senior Sales Manager – Media & Digital Advertising

📍 Kuwait City, Kuwait | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, digital advertising, and business development, with an established network of agencies, advertisers, and brand decision-makers in the Kuwaiti market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and direct clients.
• Sell digital advertising solutions, including display, video, social media, programmatic, influencer marketing, and branded content.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare strategic media proposals tailored to client objectives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

✔ 7+ years of experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or AdTech sales.

✔ Strong network of agencies, brands, and advertisers in Kuwait.

✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✔ Deep understanding of digital advertising and media solutions.

✔ Ability to develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.

✔ Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
