We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (3PL / Logistics)

Are you a results-driven hunter with a passion for building new business in the logistics industry?

We're partnering with a well-established logistics organization seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across Florida.

What you'll do:

✅ Develop new business across warehousing, distribution, drayage, rail transloading, intermodal, and integrated logistics solutions.

✅ Build strategic relationships with shippers, manufacturers, importers, distributors, and other logistics-intensive industries.

✅ Manage your own territory while collaborating with an experienced operations and leadership team.

What we're looking for:

✔ Experience in 3PL, warehousing, transportation, freight, or supply chain sales

✔ Proven B2B business development success

✔ A true hunter mentality with strong prospecting skills

✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
