To support our rapid growth, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as our new Senior Strategy Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise driving commercial development and strategy projects to further accelerate our business. The role reports directly to Senior the Vice President of Strategy & Commercial Development. The current role holder has been on secondment from our Private Equity owner and is now rotating back, which means we are now recruiting for a permanent role. You will be part of a broad cross-functional commercial team of around 20 colleagues covering Strategy & M&A, Global Marketing, Customer Programs, Distributor Sales & New Markets.
Qufora HQ is located north of Copenhagen in Allerød. We are currently around 70 people in Headquarters, and we work with our 5 subsidiaries and 16 distributors across the globe.
Drive strategy and commercial development projects making an impact by
- Leading high impact commercial projects e.g. business cases and go-to-market strategies
- Exploring and driving inorganic and organic growth opportunities
- Driving initiatives focused on market expansion and entry into new geographies
- Translating complex analyses into clear, structured materials that support decision-making
- Supporting post-merger collaboration efforts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to management teams, helping shape actionable and pragmatic recommendations.
We believe the right candidate has the following experience and qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategy or business development, ideally from a corporate development role and/or management consulting
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills, paired with clear and confident communication in English
- Proven track record in managing projects and collaborating effectively across teams and functions
- Curious and driven by learning, with a mindset geared toward growth, challenge, and tackling complex problems in partnership with other
- Team player with positive energy that can handle a wide range of activities
- Hold a master’s degree that combines both quantitative and qualitative disciplines
