Introduction

As global Marketing & Business Development Manager in the Cheese Business Unit, you will be supporting the global business and commercial agenda for coagulating enzymes and other concept offerings to the global cheese industry. You will join our Dairy Business Unit, working closely with local and global colleagues and stakeholders from R&D, Application and Sales. The role is a mixed product strategy and operational position requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About The Team

You will join the Global Business Unit Cheese, working in a matrix organization across R&D, Application, Sales and Marketing to develop biosolutions for the global dairy industry. The team combines technical depth with commercial execution and operates globally.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Driving global concept and product strategies and biosolution portfolio, including coagulating enzymes and applications
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
• Leading NPD pipeline and product lifecycle management across cheese segments
• Translating technical data into strong value propositions and pricing strategies
• Analyzing sales, pricing, and profitability to guide decision-making
• Supporting sales and application teams with technical expertise and customer engagement

To succeed you must hold:

• BSc/MSc in Dairy, Food Science, Biotechnology or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in dairy/food industry, for example within marketing, product management, or business development
• Strong understanding of cheese processes, applications, and enzyme solutions
• Ability to connect technical insight with commercial strategy
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in global, cross-functional teams
