Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a commercially sharp and regionally rooted Sales & Partner Manager to drive customer acquisition and partner growth across the LATAM market. This is a hybrid hunter-and-relationship role — you will own new business development while also activating and scaling local partner relationships to extend WebEngage's reach across the region.

The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the LATAM B2B SaaS ecosystem, has a proven track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals, and understands how to navigate the nuances of selling across diverse LATAM markets.

Sales

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for new customer acquisition across LATAM — from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects across e-commerce, fintech, edtech, travel, and media verticals.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at target accounts.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and solutions team to deliver compelling, customised product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the LATAM region.

Partner Management

  • Identify, onboard, and activate local partners — agencies, SIs, and resellers — to support pipeline generation and market penetration.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, provide enablement support, and co-develop GTM plans with strategic partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for LATAM partners, driving joint opportunities and co-sell motions.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success in LATAM markets.
  • Strong understanding of at least 2-3 LATAM geographies — Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, or Andean markets are preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals with mid-market or enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing or co-selling with channel partners in the LATAM region.
  • Fluent in Spanish (required); Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, remote-first environment with a global team.
  • Familiarity with MarTech, CRM, CDP, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Prior experience at a company with existing LATAM enterprise references (fintech, retail, or consumer brands).
  • Network within the LATAM digital marketing or growth ecosystem.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
