Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – Multimodal Freight

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Salary: €60,000 – €95,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Note: Requires current Ireland residency and Irish freight forwarding experience.

A world-renowned logistics brand is rapidly expanding its Irish footprint and looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, you’ll focus on hunting high-value commercial accounts and delivering complex multimodal solutions (Air, Ocean, and Road) across global trade lanes.

Key Focus Areas:

• Market Expansion: Target and convert high-value corporate opportunities across the Irish logistics sector.
• Custom Logistics Solutions: Design tailor-made supply chain models to solve complex client vulnerabilities.
• RFQ Leadership: Lead high-impact contract tenders, RFQs, and strategic commercial pitches.
• Executive Relationship Building: Engage directly with supply chain leaders and C-suite decision-makers.
• Smooth Transitions: Work with operational teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term retention.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven sales track record within an Irish freight forwarding environment (essential).
• Demonstrated success in hunting and closing new commercial business in multimodal logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills that protect gross margins.
• Self-starting drive with the capability to manage a pipeline autonomously.
