Business Development Manager (Fire Service Contracts)

About the Company

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our Fire Service & Maintenance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating recurring revenue through the sale, renewal, and expansion of Service & Maintenance. The position will require you to identify opportunities, introducing complementary services from across the wider Group.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering commercial growth in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by selling Service & Maintenance Contracts
• Develop a strong understanding of relevant Irish regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards to effectively support clients.
• Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Proactively identify and support cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are recorded within the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with operational and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold company values at all times.

Qualifications

A company car will be provided. A Full driving license is required.
