Job Title: District Manager

About The Role

Are you a seasoned F&I Manager looking to transition your dealership expertise into a high-growth B2B career?

As a District Manager you will serve as a trusted advisor to our dealer partners—delivering hands-on training, driving product adoption, and helping dealership teams maximize their revenue.

This role is part of our dedicated Field Sales Development Program. You will receive comprehensive, curated training at our headquarters in Cumming, GA, paired with direct mentorship from our Field Sales leadership team. Demonstrating mastery of core processes and tech tools puts you on a fast track for promotion—with most Specialists promoted into regional leadership roles within 12 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Dealer Success: Provide hands-on, 1-on-1 training and coaching to dealership F&I departments to increase performance and PVR metrics.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster deep, long-term partnerships across dealership leadership and executive teams through the NAAG value proposition.
  • Consultative Communication: Effectively analyze, communicate, and present strengths and growth opportunities to dealership decision-makers and NAAG leadership.
  • Continuous Growth: Embrace a growth mindset, leveraging world-class internal training while managing your own professional development within your territory.

What We’re Looking For

  • Dealership Expertise: 2+ years of full-time experience as a primary F&I Manager (additional dealership Variable Operations experience is a strong plus).
  • Road Warrior Mindset: Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% within your assigned territory.
  • Industry Passion: Deep passion for the automotive space and a strong understanding of dealership operations.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Resilience & Influence: Proven ability to overcome objections, handle rejection, and persuade stakeholders without rigid authority.
    • Executive Presence: Outstanding poise, curiosity, and confidence when presenting to C-suite and dealership executives.
    • Technical Mastery: Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert on our tools, software, and product lineup.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $95,000 – $125,000 annually (commensurate with experience and location).
  • Rapid Advancement: Clear path to promotion within 12 months as you master territory sales and leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, plus supplemental life (AD&D) and short/long-term disability.
  • Retirement & Future: Robust retirement plans including 401(k) matching and profit-sharing opportunities.
  • Time Off & Support: Paid time off (PTO) and paid maternity leave.
