We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Manager to take ownership of the Jonesboro market and continue growing an established territory. Responsibilities
- Grow and develop your territory by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into loyal customers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts while expanding market reach
- Present and demonstrate our product offerings to customers in a way that drives engagement and sales
- Partner with marketing to support promotions, campaigns, and territory-specific initiatives
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs throughout the Austin area
- Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics to help drive continued growth
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Deliver dependable service and support that builds trust and long-term business relationships

- Experience in sales and account management, ideally within hardware, retail, or building materials
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A results-driven mindset with solid organization and time management skills
- Comfort working independently and managing a territory day-to-day
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- 2–4 years of sales experience
- Experience managing customer relationships and growing accounts
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
