Position Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit, negotiate, and close new business across key accounts, focusing on Business Transient (LNR) and Corporate Group segments.
- Execute aggressive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, client site visits, property tours, and local market blitzes.
- Target project-based accounts, infrastructure crews, and corporate accounts to drive room night production.
- Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, accurate revenue forecasts, and market penetration plans.
- Manage high-volume client accounts with meticulous detail, maintaining up-to-date CRM tracking and account trace systems.
- Participate in regional networking events, trade shows, and industry associations to expand local market presence and build key relationships.
Position Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hotel sales experience, with a proven track record of outbound direct sales and business generation.
- Strong background in managing Business Travel (BT/LNR), Corporate, or Project-based sales segments.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple client projects and tight deadlines concurrently.
- High level of professional agility, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach to driving overall property revenue.
- Experience in Select Service hotel sales with a desire to transition into full-service hotel management is highly valued.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
Compensation Package Details
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
