Salary: $150,000–$180,000

Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid - 3 Days in-office a week)

An AmLaw-ranked law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support a nationally recognized practice group.

This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy, relationship building, writing, events, and execution to help drive growth initiatives and support attorneys in expanding client relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead business development and strategic growth initiatives across a key practice area
• Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
• Support conferences, sponsorships, client events, dinners, and thought leadership efforts
• Partner with practice leadership on annual planning and business goals
• Assist with budgeting and tracking strategic initiatives
• Support blogs, rankings, award submissions, and profile-raising activities
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the broader firm platform
• Manage and mentor Business Development Coordinators

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of Business Development / Marketing experience (legal preferred)
• Strong experience creating proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
• Excellent writing and project management skills
• Leadership or management experience is a plus
• Open to experienced specialists/coordinators ready to step into management
