Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with sales targets.
• Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing prospect data.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
• A self-starter mentality with a persistent and resilient attitude towards achieving goals.
• Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions.
