Distribution Manager

THE COMPANY:

A market-leading healthcare education and simulation business with an established global distributor network and ambitious growth plans.

THE ROLE:

Drive revenue growth through international distributors by developing business plans, recruiting new partners, growing existing accounts and identifying new market opportunities. You'll provide commercial support, represent the business internationally and help expand market share across multiple territories.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* 3-5 years managing international distributors or overseas accounts

* Proven record of growing revenue and developing new markets

* Fluent English plus professional French and Spanish essential

* Commercially driven with strong presentation skills

* Willing to travel internationally (40%)

THE PACKAGE:

£60,000-£70,000 basic DOE + 10% bonus (rising to 30%), pension, healthcare, life assurance and excellent career progression.
