Are you passionate about sales, logistics, and building business relationships? We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing transportation company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new trucking lanes and transportation opportunities across the U.S.

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, shippers, warehouses, and logistics partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

• Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability.

• Work closely with our dispatch and operations teams to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in trucking, logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.

• Existing industry contacts are preferred.
