Requirements

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our Porto team and play a key role in the growth and expansion of our business.

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, identifying talent, and supporting the growth and success of your consultants.

This is an opportunity for a driven professional who combines commercial acumen, people management skills, and a passion for technology within a fast-paced and international environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the IT market;
• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners;
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with their business challenges;
• Contribute to the achievement of business unit growth targets, including revenue generation and team expansion;
• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence;
• Lead, support, and develop consultants throughout their career journey, fostering engagement, performance, and professional growth;
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to attract, assess, and hire top IT talent;
• Monitor project delivery, consultant allocation, and client expectations to ensure successful outcomes;
• Contribute actively to business unit strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Manager, Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role within the IT Consulting or Outsourcing sector.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and business development.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.
• High level of resilience, autonomy, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Work Model

• Porto-based role.
