Expansion Manager - eMobility

Expansion Manager | eMobility | Köln/Cologne

We are looking for a Expansion Manager to join a leading European EV charge point operator based in Cologne. In this role, you will support the identifying, negotiating, and signing of suitable locations for EV charging stations; helping the client to expand their charging network across Germany.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the full process of securing new locations, from initial search to signing purchase agreements or leases.
• Develop strong connections with commercial, private and public landowners.
• Building a strong network to help expand their EV Charging portfolio.
• Helping the team to organise and adjust processes to maximise efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native German speaking and Fluent English.
• 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the commercial real estate sector.
• Happy to be in the Cologne office at least 2 days a week, and are willing to travel regularly within Germany.
• Basic understanding of digital tools (e.g., CRM, mapping, or analytics tools).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Formidable negotiation skills and a genuine passion to win deals.
• Proactive and willing to tackle smaller tasks such as picking up the phone to actively search.
