Business Development Manager

Picture this: a hospital in Bangalore has three nursing shifts to fill by tomorrow morning, and no one to fill them. That's the exact problem Jobizo was built to solve. We connect healthcare institutions with verified, ready-to-work talent — on demand, at scale — and we've already made this work for 300+ hospitals and healthcare institutions across India.
Now we're taking on Bangalore, and we're looking for the person who's going to lead that charge. Someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to show up — who picks up the phone, walks into the meeting, and builds something real with people who run hospitals and clinics for a living.
Here's what the role actually looks like:
You'll spend your days identifying and chasing down new partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and nursing homes across Bangalore. You'll get face time with the people who make the decisions — HR Heads, Medical Directors, COOs, CXOs — and you'll turn those conversations into partnerships that last, not one-time wins. You'll run the entire sales process yourself, from the first cold outreach to the signed contract to a clean handover to our account team. And once a partner is onboard, you'll make sure they stay — growing the relationship, not just maintaining it.
You'll also be expected to know the Bangalore healthcare market better than anyone else in the room — mapping out competitors, spotting the gaps they've missed, and moving on them before anyone else does. And yes, you'll keep your CRM clean, because a deal that isn't tracked is a deal that gets lost.
What you'll need to bring:
- Real experience selling into hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or nursing homes
- A background in healthcare staffing, SaaS, HRTech, or healthtech sales
- A track record of owning the full B2B sales cycle solo — not just a piece of it
- Experience building relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders, and getting them to say yes
- Comfort living inside a CRM day to day
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent real-world experience
- 4-6 years in business development or a closely related role
- Sharp communication skills and the kind of focus that doesn't waver when a deal gets hard
Why this is worth your time:
- You'd be one of the first faces of Jobizo in Bangalore — which means real ownership, real visibility, and a career story that's genuinely yours to write. We were named "Start-up of the Year" at the Human Capital Awards, and Bangalore is the next chapter.
